Planned Communities

Jackson County has accommodated growth responsibly by integrating new development in a way that respects the environment, supports community values and considers the long-term effects of waste and water sources.  We rely on planned communities, integrated conservation design and infill on vacant parcels, offering developed quality subdivisions, sustainable building techniques and growth in harmony with the land.  As a result, residents can choose from a wide range of housing types.  New development follows available and planned infrastructure for utilities and service.

Below are existing planned communities within Jackson County

 

JACKSON AREA

Mountain Meadow Estates:

State Route 32 W to 776 N, turn left into Mountain Meadow Estates.

 

Canterbury:

State Route 32 W to Burlington Road, turn right, then right on Canterbury.

 

Robin Hill:

State Route 93 South to Four Mile Road, turn right, then make a right on Robin Hill.

 

Henry Orchard Home:

State Route 93 South to Mayhew Rd., turn right.  Make a left into the Orchard homes.

 

Lake Katharine Rd. Private Estates:

Take Beaver Pike (County Rd. 76) to Lake Katharine Rd, turn right.  Estates in gated area to the left.

 

Abby Lane:

Take Main Street to South Street.  Follow to Jisco West Rd., turn left and then make a left on Abby Lane.

 

Hidden Valley Estates:

Take State Route 32 W to Five Points Rd., turn right.  The first road to the left is into the estates (Patrick Ave. etc.)

 

Cherry Ave Homes:

Take Beaver Pike to Cherry Ave, turn left. (Street after Maple Ave.)

 

Maple Ave Homes:

Take State Street to Maple, turn left.

 

Harmony Grove (Twilight -Blue Sky):

Take State Route 32E to Rice Rd., turn left then make a right on Fairgreens Rd.  Turn left on Martin Dr.

 

Jackson Heights:

State Route 93 S to Anderson, turn right.

 

Redondo Drive:

Main Street to Ralph St, follow to Redondo and turn left.

 

McKitterick Heights:

Chillicothe Pike (Old State Route 35) to Grace St. turn right.

 

WELLSTON AREA

Green Acres:

State Route 32 to Rice Road, turn left, then right on Fairgreens then immediately turn left into Green Acres.

 

Oak Ridge:

State Route 32 E to 327 N. 327 N becomes Pennsylvania Ave.  Follow Pensylvania Ave. and turn right onto Milton Place Street.

 

Easton Woods:

State Route 32 E to Rice Road, turn left to Easton Woods.

Highland Woods- State Route 35 East to County Rd. 55 (Standpipe) turn right.  Make a left into Highland Woods Estates.

 

Montgomery Meadow:

State Route 32 E to 327 N. Turn right on McGhee lane. Turn right on Honeysuckle lane.
